For /A, Return and Dark Escape are better. Shadowstepping back with Recall makes your skills recharge and is only useful in Hero Battless.
And /E is best in terms of E-Management.
/W for stances, although abusing Return is more effective.
/R for D-Shot is fun, pure sex and unpredictable. It's awesome. Srs.

You have no idea, sometimes people get separated in PvE, its happened a lot to me, so I bring something to accomodate(sp?) that.

I have no idea? Maybe not in your guild but my PvE experiences in monking is as I class, very high. If your guild make you stretch yourself to heal them then you need to kick them into shape. The idea is for monks to stay out of danger, if the party is putting them at this risk then the team is doomed to fail. You may be right in using such skills, but the point is, you really shouldn't have to.

I find that with Mo/R you can have a pet with you and that /can/ be helpful. Again some speed skills like dodge, or my favorite storm chaser which gives energy each time you're hit with ele dmg.
Mo/E has energy storage skills and Aura of restoration which is nice to have depending if you're alone or not.
As said earlier Mo/Me is a nice build.
Well I hope this helps

I would never use endure pain even as my Monk is Origianlly a Mo/W I use stances and maybe shield bash.Sprint is far better on a Monk than endure pain.

No not talking about my guild making me stretch. It's about people going into missions. Some are completely weird on the field. You tell them stay close and they run off. Many times I cope with it, hammering them on chat, but still healing them. But for a while now I've gotten strict and I stop healing once someone goes away from my bubble (which is a little bigger than aggro).
It's hilarious when a person goes too far away, blames the monk, and then leaves. But this makes me angrier.
I mostly use endure pain if I'm in easier missions near ascalon or shiverpeaks.

Umm you need endure pain in areas where your coming up against level 11 enemies?
That hole is certainly getting bigger.
